NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB15AP-HB

The AB15AP-HB is a subminiature, sealed, single-pole, double-throw pushbutton switch designed for logic-level applications, with right-angle PCB terminals and a white plunger cap. It features a nonshorting contact timing, 2.55N nominal operating force, and a travel of 0.7mm pretravel and 0.4mm overtravel. The switch has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum, and a dielectric strength of 500V AC for one minute. It operates reliably between -30°C and +85°C, withstands 50G shock and vibration per the specified profiles, and is rated for 50,000 mechanical and electrical operations. The case is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated for stability. Terminal spacing conforms to a 2.54mm x 2.54mm grid. The switch is not UL or CSA certified and intended for low-voltage, low-current circuits only.
