Morgan AM&T manufactures a line of premium, low-density, rayon-based rigid insulation products designed for inert or vacuum environments up to 3000° C. Our careful raw material selection and rigorous process controls ensure a consistent product with excellent thermal properties, exceptional machinability and low dusting.
For the most demanding applications, each of our rigid insulation products can be purified to less than 20 ppm total ash content. In addition, we can apply graphite foil or graphite paint facings to further reduce dusting and outgassing or to serve as a heat reflective surface.
