The Bottom-Up Glass Inspection System from Optris offers a new approach to measuring temperature in low-emissivity glass production. This system uses two infrared imagers installed beneath the tempering line to measure the temperature on the non-coated high-emissivity side. Additionally, a CTlaser 4M pyrometer with a digitally controlled lens protection system safeguards the infrared cameras in case of glass breakage.
