It features both absolute and gauge configurations, with the ability to handle air, gases, and liquids compatible with silicon and glass. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to 150¬8C, utilizing Merit,Äôs proprietary Sentium technology for enhanced stability and performance. The sensor employs a piezoresistive Wheatstone bridge design, which is anodically bonded to a chemically etched silicon diaphragm. It is RoHS compliant and offers various sensitivity options, with outputs available upon request. The HM Series is suitable for high-volume applications and is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in Utah, ensuring quality and reliability.
