Master Bond, Inc. Fast Curing, Non-Yellowing Two Component Epoxy EP30-4

Master Bond Polymer Adhesive EP30-4 is a unique low viscosity, two component epoxy adhesive for bonding, coating, and sealing formulated to cure at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures, with a two (2) to one (1) mix ratio by weight. This adhesive is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or other volatiles. It is especially recommended where a thin layer of epoxy needs to cure very rapidly without adding external heat. Thin films as thin as 0.025" can become tack free in as little as 30 minutes. Another advantage is the excellent optical clarity and superior non-yellowing properties of the system. Master Bond Polymer Adhesive EP30-4 produces high strength, rigid bonds which are remarkably resistant to chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents, over the exceptionally wide temperature range of -60°F to more than 250°F. Adhesion to both similar and dissimilar materials including metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent. The hardened adhesive is an electrical insulator. Color of part A is clear, part B clear.
