Tri-Clamp connection for in-line mounting
The microprocessor-based UR-22 Brix and % Diet analyzer is a self-contained digital instrument with multiple functions which mounts directly on the process line. It continuously measures beverages in the process line, displays the temperature-compensa
ted concentration value, transmits the value in both digital and analog modes, and activates alarm relay outputs. The UR-22's unique state of the art design includes many modern features such as: high performance optical design, high speed microprocessor, high resolution CCD digital optical sensor, high resolution graphic display. The instrument's faceplate contains a backlit graphic display and input keypad. The user can completely personalize and configure the instrument's mA output signal, alarm output settings and user language directly from the keypad, or remotely via the RS422/RS485 serial port. The UR-22 connects to the process line using 1" Tri-Clamp sanitary fittings.
