Marposs Corp Magnetic Separation System BIOREACTOR

Description
DESCRIPTION Representation of a system dimensioned for a container whose capacity is up to 15 l. An extremely compact bench, predisposed to be used as stand-alone station in laboratory. Provided of wheels, it can be easily moved and connected even to a non-industrial voltage power grid. The structure makes available two shelfs to host, optionally, a printer and a peristaltic pump. A laminar flow equipment could be integrated in the upper frame of the bench. Operator loading side is protected by immaterial barriers whose intrusion stops the process. Once the container is manually placed on the elevator and the curtain is restored, the container under process is moved down through the toroid magnet to a pre-set position thanks to a linear axis. A sliding top coverage is then manually positioned over the container to segregate the process. Recipe parameters are managed through a touch graphic interface running in the console built-in panel located on the front of the machine. The same screen is used to display alarms or messages and to command the integrated devices. BENEFITS Wide range of container capacity: from 1 l up to 50 l Auto-adaptation to container height Optionally, available with peristaltic pump Optionally, available with laminar flow Optionally, available with UV lamp Optionally, available with printer and I4.0 integration VERSIONS Manual part loading Available with different power supply voltage adaptation (according to specific request) Defined according to customer’s specifications

DESCRIPTION

Representation of a system dimensioned for a container whose capacity is up to 15 l.

BENEFITS
