The power of NX I-deas MasterFEM pre-and post-processing is an ideal partner with PAM-CRASH solution capabilities. NX I-deas simulation software and the PAM-CRASH Data Translator provide all the tools needed to build models, to define PAM-CRASH solution parameters and to view the solution results. Keywords are translated to their equivalent finite element entity on import. On export, NX I-deas finite element entities are written to the corresponding keyword. The PAM-CRASH Data Translator provides a forms-based environment to help users prepare models for translation to and from NX I-deas, or to make modifications in the PAM-CRASH deck. The NX I-deas geometry based FE modeling tools simplify the FE modeling process. For export, the NX I-deas Data Translator builds run-ready PAM-CRASH bulk data decks, so little or no intermediate processing is needed.
