Product overview: Dextran sulfate is a biocompatible, polyanionic, and highly branched polysaccharide. It is manufactured by treating dextran with sulfating agent (e.g. chlorosulfonic acid). The sulfur content is between 16 to 19%. FITC-labeled Dextran Sulfate has an adsorption maximum of 493 nm and an emission maximum of 520 nm.
