MACOM's MSPD Series Integrates an SRD reference frequency multiplier, coupling capacitors and a Schottky diode microwave sampler / phase detector in a 0.075” by 0.100” hybrid. They are used to phase lock microwave oscillators up to 22 GHz to a much lower reference frequency by deriving a locking voltage from the sampled RF and the multiplied reference.
