Linde North America, Inc. Bulk Industrial Gases Oxygen

Description
Leverage the advantages of oxygen and oxygenation systems from Linde. Reliable supply Leading technologies Innovative solutions As a leading global supplier of industrial gases, Linde LLC produces liquid oxygen through the liquefaction and distillation of ambient air in air separation plants strategically located across the U.S. Linde oxygen is available for on-site delivery at competitive rates through our North American supply and distribution network. With more than 30 merchant ASU;s throughout the US, we invest in our customers. Two new Linde ASU’s are nearing completion in La Porte, TX and Lewisville, AR, and our plant in Delta OH recently underwent an expansion, increasing our ability to support the growing demand for product in the Ohio and Midwest markets Our O2 supply logistics, lead by our National Operations Center and team of engineers, assure that liquid oxygen is available for your process when required - at the desired pressure and flow. Linde provides leased cryogenic bulk liquid oxygen tanks as well – all so you don’t have to worry about oxygen supply getting to your process. Industrial Oxygen Water Treatment Oxygenation and oxidation systems are important to a variety of chemical processes. In water and wastewater treatment, Linde SOLVOX® oxygenation systems rapidly dissolve oxygen in waste streams to reduce BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and associated odors. Dissolved oxygen can boost the efficiency of aeration systems -- or completely replace them. Ozonation (O3) water treatment can help control waterborne bacteria and limit the use of chlorine. Another Linde bulk gas, carbon dioxide (CO2), can reduce the pH of high alkalinity wastewater without hazardous mineral acids. Combustion Processes One key industrial application of oxygen is combustion, and the efficiency of combustion processes is critical to the production of oil & gas, iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, brick and concrete, and glass. Linde is a pioneer in oxyfuel and “flameless combustion” technology for the steel industry. Oxygen enrichment systems can supplement or completely replace air in furnaces, for example, to dramatically improve combustion efficiency and throughput, and reduce emissions, including nitrous oxides (NOx). Oxygen and oxyfuel systems are widely used for high-temperature steel reheating and glass melting or remelting processes. Linde offers REBOX® oxyfuel technical solutions that can increase production capacity, improve heating uniformity and product yield, and reduce emissions in existing or new reheat furnaces. In addition, new OXYGON® oxyfuel systems offer proven efficiency gains during preheating of ladles. Metal Fabrication With oxyfuel in plasma and laser processes, a jet of gaseous oxygen can be used to cut steel. In thermal lancing systems, oxygen can be used to drill or cut through materials such as concrete, brick, stone and metals. See our Linde distributor directory to find a distributor near you to assist with these processes. Below is a summary of primary benefits of oxygen and oxygenation systems to several major industries. Linde is also a leading supplier of bulk medical oxygen for healthcare.
