Johnson and Allen can design and manufacture Aperture Demagnetising Coils for a variety of applications from the Aerospace to Automotive Industries. Typically we build our coils to work off either 230V or 400V but we can do custom voltages upon request. All of our Demagnetisers can be supplied with conveyor, roller track, trolley and runway systems if required. (See photo below) Build options include:
Voltage - 400V or 230V. (Or custom)
Aperture size - Standard size is anything up to 800mm x 800mm.
Built for intermittent or continuous use. (Lab work or production lines for examples)
Optional timer controls
A choice of optional conveyor track systems.
Can be fitted with RCD's if required.
Can be fitted with wear plates if required.
