Johnson and Allen produce a range of highly concentrated magnetic inks which should be diluted before use using a suitable carrier fluid. Our inks have a high flash point with good particle mobility and use the highest grade of magnetic particles, selected for their response to very low magnetic field strengths and for low coercivity. This makes the ink responsive whilst avoiding coagulation.
Neocol B.C. (Neocol-B Concentrate) is a Hydrocarbon based black magnetic ink concentrate and should be therefore diluted using a solvent suitable for Hydrocarbon dilution - We recommend Johnson and Allen's DF-100 available in 25 Litre containers.
This is a black magnetic inspection ink which should be viewed using white light of at least 500 Lux intensity at the inspection surface.
Our concentrates are available in individual 500ml bottles or in boxes of 10 x 500ml bottles. One 500ml bottled concentrate typically makes 25 Litres of product.
