The emitter features a nanostructured radiating element with emissivity greater than 0.89, operating at up to 500 °C and delivering up to 140 mW optical output power. Electrical specifications include a maximum DC power of 730 mW, a voltage limit of 2.08 V, and a resistance range of 1.91 to 2.13 Ω. Modulation frequency is rated at 68 Hz with 50% duty cycle. The device includes no window (standard configuration), and operates with a wide wavelength range suitable for CO₂ and breath alcohol detection. The package enables fully automated high-volume production.
