The emitter features a nanostructured radiating element with emissivity greater than 0.89, operates at a radiant element temperature of up to 550 °C, and provides optical output power up to 146 mW with maximum electrical power of 730 mW. It supports modulation frequencies up to 68 Hz and has an electrical resistance range of 219-2213 Ω. The silicon-ARC window enhances transmissivity for targeted wavelength ranges.
