OptiMOS™ IPOL single-voltage synchronous buck regulator 25 A with PMBus interface The TDA38725 OptiMOS™ IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient synchronous buck regulator with PMBus interface supporting up to 25 A. The device uses Infineon’s FAST Constant On-time engine for superior transient response. It is easily configured using Infineon’s XDP™ Designer GUI and the configuration can be stored in the on-chip memory. The device configuration can be easily defined using Infineon’s XDP™ Designer GUI and is stored in the on-chip memory.
