OptiMOS™ IPOL 25 A - highly integrated and efficient single output buck regulator The IR3447AMTRPBF OptiMOS™ IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. It uses a fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design effort and achieves fast control response. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR3447A a small footprint solution, providing high-efficiency power delivery.
