QCTH-FL floating receptacles are stainless steel mounting components designed for use with QCTH-series quarter-turn clamps, accommodating mounting hole spacing variations up to ±1 mm via an integrated slider mechanism. They are supplied for plate thicknesses of 10 mm or more (QCTH0525-FL-SUS) or 12 mm or more (QCTH0834-FL-SUS), with corresponding P.C.D. dimensions of φ24 mm for M2 screws and φ27 mm for M3 screws. The receptacles are used in pairs with QCTH-N or QCTH-B cam receptacles. The slider's hardening may result in color variation from product images.
Used with various quarter-turn fasteners, these full stainless receptacles are useful where there is only a rough hole spacing for mounting.
They feature a floating slider which extends the tolerance range of the mounting hole spacing 1 mm to the left and to the right.
Compatible with specific QCTH, QCTHL, QCTHH, QCTHA-type fasteners that are listed on the datasheet.
Made from stainless steel.
