SBS® silver plated primary power wire contacts for AWG 12 to 10 (2.5 to 6 mm²) are designed for use in SBS® 50, 75X, and 75G wire housings, supporting up to 110 amps with durability for 10,000 mating cycles. Each part number corresponds to a pair of contacts. The contact dimensions are 3.50 mm (0.14 in) overall length and 39.4 ± 1.5 mm (1.55 ± 0.06 in) crimp barrel length, with a diameter of 0.29 in. These contacts require appropriate crimp tools and are not keyed or color-coded themselves but are used in color-coded housings to prevent cross-mating.
