Nuts N' Bolts 410 is a single-component, low-viscosity anaerobic adhesive/sealant designed for wicking applications, capable of penetrating porous structures and filling voids up to 0.004 in. It cures in the absence of air, with a set time of 45-60 minutes on steel, and delivers breakaway and prevailing torque values of 1.1-11.3 N·m (10-100 in-lb) on 3/8 x 16 grade 2 nuts and grade 5 bolts after curing. It operates from -65°F to 300°F, maintains performance after heat aging at 121°C for 1000 hours, and meets ASTM D5363 and obsolete MIL-S-46163A (Type III Grade P) specifications. It is not recommended for use in pure oxygen, chlorine, or on thermoplastic substrates.
