Microwave-powered UV curing systems for optical fiber, cable and wire High Efficiency Reflectors The Noblelight (formerly Fusion UV) unique, patented secondary reflector collects UV energy and delivers it uniformly around the target. In combination with the small diameter, high radiance electrodeless bulbs, the high efficiency reflector produces the highest UV irradiance per watt of power of any UV lamp curing system. Modular UV Lamps The Noblelight modular, 6-inch or 10-inch, UV curing lamp design enables flexibility for configuring lamps on draw towers, coloring lines, coating systems, and wire or cable marking lines. The modular design facilitates easy maintenance and replacement as well as control flexibility. Optical fiber UV curing system These UV curing systems are used for curing photo responsive coatings, coloring inks, and ribbon matrix polymers in the production of optical fiber and cable. The Noblelight (formerly Fusion UV) microwave-powered UV curing system for optical fiber, the DRF System, includes: Electrodeless bulb available in different spectral outputs Lamp module, either 6-inch or 10-inch, and choice of power levels Power supply matched to lamp module Light shield and secondary elliptical reflector housing (F6 for 6-inch or F10T for 10-inch), with secondary reflector, quartz tube, nitrogen fittings (optional) Blowers for cooling air matched to the system (optional)
