Producing the widest range of UV curing lamps as well as metal halide UV lamps and components available, Noblelight supplies Amba® replacement UV lamps for a wide range of UV curing applications. For special OEM designs, we provide in-depth technical consulting and in-house test facilities.
When you receive your Noblelight Amba® lamp, you can see the Amba® quality as you take it out of its box. Strong seals, immaculate quartz glass, high-quality electrodes and connectors are just a few indicators of a quality product. Once installed, they will do exactly what you expect them to do.
Because a lamp is not just a lamp.
Mercury UV lamps for curing applications
Mercury arc lamps are most commonly used for curing applications. The Noblelight Amba® product range includes lamps from a 12 mm arc length up to 3.9 meters and everything in between. The unique flexibility of our production means you can order anything from just one replacement lamp up to large batch quantities for the most widely used types. Power ratings range from 80 watts per cm up to 400 watts per cm.
Metal halide lamps – for reprographic and special curing applications
Metal halide lamps are most commonly used for reprographic applications, and for some curing applications requiring longer wavelength spectral output. They are mercury lamps with the addition of gallium iodide, iron iodide or other rare earth metal iodides which alter the spectral output of the lamp. We are specialists in finding the right metal halide to optimize the efficiency of your specific curing process . The quality of Noblelight Amba® metal halide lamps can be quantified by:
a long service life
short exposure times
reliably high UV emission throughout their long life
reliable ignition
Your advantages
Amba® lamps are associated with quality and reliability
200% performance guarantee for Amba® lamps
10,000 lamp types, also for unusual lengths, special output characteristics and MH additives
