• Widely selectable wavelengths: 200-2000nm for Quartz waveplates, 190-7000nm for MgF2 waveplates
• High temperature stability, high damage threshold
• Air spaced and double retardation plates structure
• Half waveplates, quarter waveplates, octadic waveplates and full waveplates available
• Both off-the-shelf and customized Quartz zero order waveplates availabe, MgF2 zero waveplates only offered in customized versions
An Air Spaced Zero Order Waveplate consists of two single waveplates made from single crystalline Quartz or Magnesium Fluoride, with their optical axes orthogonally aligned and the construction of an air gap in between the two constituent plates. Zero order waveplates are substantially far less sensitive to changes in temperature and wavelength than their multi-order counterparts. However, changes in the angle of incidence will still induce corresponding phase shifts. The modules with air gap design have particularly promoted damage thresholds (>500MW/cm^2) and are suitable for high-energy lasers.
Both off-the-shelf and custom Air Spaced Zero Order Waveplates are available in Hangzhou Shalom EO, with optional wavelength range from 200nm to 2000nm (quartz) or 190-7000nm (magnesium fluoride), and half/quarter/octadic
Shalom air spaced zero order waveplates feature superiorly broad bandwidth, high surface quality (20/10 S/D), and the retardation tolerance could be rigorously limited to lambda/600 at the minimum which enables applications of more precise requirements. The selectable wavelengths are also abundant, with the standard wavelengths encompassing 355nm, 405nm, 532nm, 633nm, 780nm, 850nm, 1064nm, etc. and other custom wavelengths.
