The L13072-0120G is a high-power infrared LED with a peak emission wavelength of 1.2 μm, designed for use with InGaAs photodiodes in applications such as gas detection and analytical instruments. It features a compact surface mount package measuring 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.7 mm, and supports lead-free reflow soldering per JEDEC J-STD-020 MSL 2a. Absolute maximum ratings include a reverse voltage of 0.5 V, a forward current of 6.7 A, and a power dissipation of 100 mW. Radiant flux at 50 mA pulse current is typ. 1.1 mW, with a forward voltage of 1.1 to 1.4 V. The device is packed in conductive embossed tape on an 180 mm reel, with 2000 pieces per reel in vacuum-sealed moisture-proof packaging.
