The L11416 series is a test tube-type stabilized LED light source designed for adjusting the sensitivity of photomultiplier tubes and modules, with a peak emission wavelength ranging from 465 nm to 592 nm depending on the variant. It outputs a light emission power of 1 ± 0.5 pW, adjusted with a 22 mm diameter photon counting head at 5 mm distance, and maintains ±2% emission stability from 0 °C to +50 °C. The device is powered by a button battery SR41 or equivalent, with a minimum battery service life of 24 hours. It measures 14 mm in diameter and 21 mm in length, weighs 13 g, and operates within ambient temperatures of 0 °C to +50 °C with humidity below 85%, with no condensation. The emission area is defined by a pinhole, and the device uses a photodiode-based feedback circuit to ensure constant output.
