The EX-mini is a compact, lightweight excimer lamp light source for portable UV irradiation, using a flat lamp with RF discharge to deliver 172 nm UV light through a 86 × 40 mm quartz glass window. It provides a minimum irradiance of 50 mW/cm², operates on 100-240 V AC, and consumes up to 150 VA. The lamp has a guaranteed life of 1000 hours and a design life of 2000 hours. It includes an integrated irradiation box, external control via a 15-pin D-sub connector, and forced air cooling via an optional ozone decomposition unit E12685 or exhaust duct. Weight is approximately 7 kg, with internal dimensions of 204 mm × 118 mm × 139 mm. It meets CISPR 11 Group 2 Class A, IEC 61326-1, IEC 61010-1/A1, and IEC 62471 Risk Group 2 standards. Nitrogen purge is recommended for irradiation distances over 5 mm.
