Gorman-Rupp Pumps 86A52-B Self Priming Pump

The Gorman-Rupp 86A52-B is a self-priming centrifugal pump designed for heavy-duty applications. It features a 6" x 6" NPT female connection and is constructed from gray iron, ensuring durability. The pump can handle spherical solids up to 1 15/16" in diameter and operates at a maximum pressure of 82 psi (565 kPa). Its semi-open, three-vane impeller is made of gray iron, while the impeller shaft is constructed from alloy steel 4150. The pump includes a replaceable wear plate, a seal plate, and a pedestal, all made from gray iron. The mechanical seal is self-lubricated and features silicon carbide faces, suitable for liquids with a maximum temperature of 160¬8F (71¬8C). The 86A52-B is equipped with open single row ball radial bearings and open double row ball thrust bearings, lubricated with SAE 30 non-detergent oil. With a net weight of 630 lbs (286 kg) and a shipping weight of 680 lbs (308 kg), this pump is designed for robust performance in various industrial, construction, and municipal applications.
