The LAST-A-FOAM® FR-6700 is a polyurethane that meets requirements of Boeing BMS 8-133, McDonnell-Douglas DMS-1937, and Federal Aviation Regulation FAR 25.853 (a) and (b). It is specifically designed to meet the physical properties , flammability performance requirements, and processing guidelines for the aircraft manufacturing industry. Product Features and Benefits: CFC-Free Rigid and closed-cell Flame-retardant Cross-linked resin which results in high strength-to-weight ratio Inert and resistant to most chemicals and solvents Easily shaped with common wood working tools FR-6700 is available in densities ranging from 10 to 25 lbs per cubic foot Temperature resistance from 250° - 275° For additional flame-retardancy, please inquire about our FR-6706P product Applications: Models and design prototypes Composite Core, especially where flame-retardancy is important Honeycomb edge close-out for aircraft interior sandwich panels used in: Overhead storage bins, passenger cabin dividers, galleys and lavatories Vacuum form dies
