A low-VOC, low-HAPS phenolic modified alkyd primer with fast-drying, rust-inhibitive, non-lifting properties. Acceptable top coats include alkyd, acrylic, vinyl, epoxy, or urethane products. All products in this line are less than 3.5 VOC and low HAPS.
