A high solids, 3.5 VOC or lower phenolic modified alkyd primer with non-lifting properties. Rust-inhibitive pigments protect against corrosion. Appropriate for use on interior or exterior steel substrates and compatible with alkyd, acrylic, vinyl, epoxy or urethane top coats. A 2.8 VOC version meeting TT-P-664D standard is available (216P317).
