Level wind coilers were developed by Fenn engineers for producers of copper and aluminum tubing who require the finished tubing to be traverse, or level, wound. Coils are wound onto a drum, which is driven by a hydraulic traversing reel. A turnstile incorporating a double drum arrangement is provided to enable one coil to be wound while the other is being removed making the operation as efficient as possible. Fenn can tailor any design to meet our customer's exact requirements and production demands.
