ExxonMobil PP7033E3 is a polypropylene impact copolymer resin in pellet form, designed for injection molding in consumer and industrial rigid packaging applications. It has a density of 0.900 g/cm³ and a melt mass-flow rate of 8.0 g/10 min at 230°C/2.16 kg. The material exhibits a tensile yield strength of 23.9 MPa, a flexural modulus of 1140 to 1290 MPa, and a notched Izod impact strength of 280 J/m at 23°C. Heat deflection temperature is 50.9°C at 1.80 MPa and 90.2°C at 66 psi unannealed. Rockwell hardness is 89. The resin is naturally colored and suitable for applications requiring balanced stiffness and high impact resistance.
