ExxonMobil™ PP1013H1 is a polypropylene homopolymer resin designed for medical and pharmaceutical applications, supplied in pellet form for injection molding. It is autoclave, steam, and ethylene oxide sterilizable with low extractables, and complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993-5, ISO 10993-10, ISO 10993-11, and relevant European Pharmacopoeia monographs. The material has a density of 0.900 g/cm³, melt flow rate of 7.5 g/10 min at 230°C/2.16 kg, tensile yield strength of 33.2 MPa, flexural modulus of 1330 MPa, and heat deflection temperature of 53.6 °C at 1.80 MPa. It is naturally colored and meets ISO 180 and ISO 179 impact standards at 23°C.
