MELSEC-Q built-in unit type Adopting Simple Adaptive Control theory High speed servo calculation cycle : 5kHz (independent operation, not depending on PLC scan time) Possible to connect GY sensor directly as position feedback and build high performance position control system with 1μm resolution. Possible to connect incremental pulse encoder and build up position control system with the encoder's resolution. As DS-Q is equipped with 2ch analogue inputs, possible to use switching position to load (pressure) control in operation. DS-Q is equipped with motion program function.
