Perma-Slik RP Primer is an air-cured primer which utilitizes an organo-metallic binder system. This coating has exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, such as glass, plastic, rubber, steel, aluminum, and wood. Generally, this coating will dry to the touch in less than 5 minutes.
