The Environics® Series 2020 Computerized Gas Dilution System automatically generates precise gas standards for rapid multi-point and multi-scale calibration. It is available in bench top or 19″ rack mount configurations, with dimensions of 17″ × 7″ × 23.5″ or 19″ × 7″ × 23.5″ respectively. The system supports up to six mass flow controllers calibrated to NIST traceable standards, with concentration accuracy of ±1.0% and flow repeatability of ±0.05%. It operates on 115 VAC or optional 220 VAC, with a maximum current draw of 3 amps. Wetted surfaces are electropolished stainless steel, and seals are gas-compatible elastomers. Operating temperature range is 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C), with performance optimized between 59°F and 95°F (15°C to 35°C). The system meets EPA 40 CFR Part 51 Method 205 Appendix M requirements.
