GGB LDD™ Perforated Bronze Bearings 12 LDD

The LDD series consists of perforated bronze plain bearings with integrated lip seals for grease-lubricated applications, designed for high-load, low-speed use in industrial equipment. Made from CuSn8 bronze with 8% tin, the bearings feature grease reservoirs and seals to reduce contamination and extend service life. They operate between -40°C and 150°C, support static loads up to 120 N/mm² and dynamic loads up to 40 N/mm², and allow a maximum sliding speed of 2.5 m/s with a pU factor of 2.8 N/mm²·m/s. The coefficient of friction ranges from 0.06 to 0.15. Recommended shaft hardness exceeds 200 HB, with higher hardness recommended for longer life. Shaft surface roughness should not exceed 0.8 μm. The bearings are RoHS compliant and suitable for all standard greases.
