The VEGASWING S 52 is a vibrating level sensor that can be used in food and pharmaceutical industries. The VEGASWING S 52 has a tuning fork that is energised by a piezo crystal and this vibrates at a resonant frequency. If the fork is covered in liquid, a second crystal detects a change in frequency. The frequency change is picked up and converted into a switch signal. The signal is a visible from outside and is a two colour LED. The vibrating level switch detects with millimetre precision and can be mounted in any position in pipes or vessels. Optimal for CIP and SIP cleaning. No special adjustments needed to set up VEGASWING S 52. Free from wear or maintenance.
