Rugged, weatherproof, self-contained, documenting portable calibrators. The calibrator is battery powered with a pressure generator, fine pressure control and output measurement capabilities. Facilities for loop testing, mA step and ramp outputs and a built in continuity test extend the capabilities to include the commissioning and maintenance of control loops. In addition the DPI615 has field reported error analysis, to help reduce calibration time and eliminate data recording errors. Procedures downloaded from a PC can automatically configure the DPI615 to pre-defined calibration and test routines.
