Two bench mounting torque analysers, specifically designed to set and calibrate pre-settable and breaking ratchet torque tools. Accuracy is to ±2% of reading. Scale is fitted with a slave pointer giving peak readings, and a shock absorber on the input drive (transposable 1/4 in. and 3/8 in. square drive sockets) prevents mechanical shock being transmitted to the analyser mechanism. Totally enclosed in a die-cast aluminium housing with integral bench mounting holes. Also suitable for many other torque measuring applications, i.e. setting slipping clutches, friction measurement.
