The ECS-2100X series is an 8-pin DIP clock oscillator compatible with HCMOS/TTL logic, operating from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a 5.0 V DC supply. It features a metal package with pin #4 as case ground for shielding, operates from 0 to +70°C, and has a frequency stability of ±100 ppm. Input current ranges from 17 to 82 mA depending on frequency, with output rise and fall times of 5 ns. The device supports output loads of 50 pF for HCMOS up to 80 MHz and 30 pF above, with output voltage levels of 0.5 V low and 4.5 V high. It is RoHS compliant and has a start-up time of 10 ms.
