The ECS-2033 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 3.3 V with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 75.000 MHz, with frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm. Operating temperature ranges from -10 to +70 °C, with an extended -40 to +85 °C option. Supply voltage is 3.135 to 3.465 VDC, and output is CMOS with a 15 pF load. Input current ranges from 5 to 24 mA depending on frequency. Standby current is 10 μA at VIL. Rise and fall times are 10 ns. The package is ceramic base with metal lid, AuSn sealing, and gold/nickel plated terminals, and is RoHS compliant.
