The ECS-2018 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8 V with a frequency range of 0.750 to 50.000 MHz. It features a 2.5 x 2.0 mm foot-print, HCMOS output with 15 pF load, and supply current ranging from 2.5 mA to 3.5 mA depending on frequency. Frequency stability options include ±100, ±50, or ±25 PPM, with operating temperatures of -10 to +70 °C or extended -40 to +85 °C for the N option. The device consumes 10 μA in standby mode, exhibits 45/55 % output symmetry, 10 ns rise/fall times, and complies with RoHS standards. Packaging is tape and reel, and the unit is sealed with AuSn, featuring a ceramic base and metal lid.
