The ECS-2016MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS oscillator with MultiVolt capability, operating from 1.6 to 3.6 V and available in a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.85 mm ceramic package. It supports frequencies up to 54 MHz with frequency stability of ±30 ppm over the -40 to +105°C temperature range. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, rising and falling in 6.5 ns maximum. Current consumption varies by supply voltage and frequency, reaching up to 8.5 mA at 3.3 V and 60 MHz. It includes a tri-state function, operates with a 45/55% duty cycle, and draws 10 µA in standby. The device is RoHS compliant, has a storage temperature range of -55 to +125°C, and is suitable for LoRa WAN, IoT, and low-power applications.
