The ECS-1618 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator operating at 1.8 V with a frequency range of 1.500 to 80.000 MHz. It features CMOS output (15 pF load), tri-state control, and a startup time of 10 ms. Standard operating temperature is -10 to +70 °C; the -N option extends it to -40 to +85 °C. Frequency stability options are ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm. Input current ranges from 2.5 mA to 6.5 mA depending on frequency, with 10 µA standby current when disabled. Rise and fall times are 10 ns, output symmetry is 45/55% at 50% VDD. The device is RoHS compliant, has a gold finish, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging. It uses a 4-pin SMD package.
