The ECS-100X series is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator in a metal package with a case ground on pin #7 for shielding. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a +4.75 to +5.25 VDC supply and a +0 to +70 °C operating temperature range. Frequency stability is ±100 PPM over all conditions, including temperature, voltage, load, aging, shock, and vibration. Output load is 10 TTL, with rise and fall times ranging from 4 to 10 ns depending on frequency. Input current varies from 15 mA to 80 mA based on frequency, and output voltage levels meet TTL specifications. The package has 14 pins with pin #8 as the output and pin #14 as +5 V DC. It is RoHS compliant and features a resistance weld package.
