The ECS-100X series is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator with a metal package and pin #7 as a case ground for shielding. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a supply voltage of 4.75 to 5.25 VDC and an operating temperature range of 0 to +70 °C. Frequency stability is ±100 PPM for the AX variant. Output load is 10 TTL, with rise and fall times ranging from 4 to 10 ns depending on frequency. The device is RoHS compliant.
