The ECOC-9775 is a LVCMOS OCXO oscillator with a 9.7 x 7.5 x 5.65 mm SMD package, designed for 5G, small cells, SyncE, and IEEE 1588 applications. It operates from 10.000 to 48.000 MHz with a frequency stability of ±20 ppb over -40 to +85°C and a typical aging rate of ±2 ppb per day. The device consumes 200 mA at steady state with +3.3 V supply, has a start-up time of 200 ms, and a warm-up time of 3 minutes. Phase noise is -117 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz offset and -164 dBc/Hz at 5 MHz offset for a 10 MHz output. The output is LVCMOS with 15 pF load, 2.97 V high, 0.3 V low, and 45-55% duty cycle. The part is RoHS compliant with gold lead finish.
