The ECOC-2522 is a surface mount OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm footprint, designed for cellular, radar, test & measurement, and IoT applications. It operates with CMOS or sinewave output, offers frequency stability options of ±5 ppb (0 to +50°C), ±10 ppb (-20 to +70°C), or ±30 ppb (-40 to +75°C), and supports supply voltages of 3.3 V or 5.0 V. Power consumption is 3.6 W at startup and 1.4 W in steady state. Aging is ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days, ±100 ppb yearly, and ±500 ppb over 10 years. Phase noise at 10 MHz is -90 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset, improving to -150 dBc/Hz beyond 10 kHz. The output load is 15 pF for CMOS or 50 Ω for sinewave, with rise and fall times of 5 ns. The part is RoHS compliant and has a storage temperature range of -40 to +100°C.
