The EDC155Z5R5C is a 70 °C rated electric double layer supercapacitor in a radial through-hole package, designed for integrated circuit voltage backup and battery power delivery. It has a capacitance of 1.5 F and a rated voltage of 5.5 Vdc, with a maximum ESR of 30 Ω at 1 kHz. The device measures 19.5 mm in length, 13.5 mm in height, and has a terminal spacing of 5 mm. It operates over a temperature range of −25 °C to +70 °C and meets life, moisture, and temperature cycling tests with capacitance changes within ±30% and ESR increases limited to 5 times the initial value under specified conditions.
